Suðurlandsbraut 8 and 10

Competition
In principle the authors build on the vision of previous authors of Suðurlandsbraut 8 and 10, but  with new modern approach.

A renovation of two existing office buildings.  The buildings original authors had designed them as 6-7 floor buildings in 1959-60, but only 3 floors were realized.  The design pays its respects to the original design, but in a modern way and with emphasis on creating a good working environment in the vicinity of one of the larger green areas of Reykjavik.
